SEC Selective Disclosure Conference Call

This conference call is taking place on behalf of The Business Roundtable's Corporate Governance Task Force with Harvey Goldschmid, former General Counsel of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The purpose of the call is to review the SEC's recent proposed rules on selective disclosure and to discuss some of the effects of these rules that may need further clarification.
